Information on customer surveying

This is a reminder that in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia* all banks must operate following the Know Your Customer principle.

We try to do our best to make compliance with the laws as comfortable as possible for our customers and are always ready to help.

Norvik Banka keeps working on surveying its customers and invites everyone who has not done it yet to update the information submitted previously to the bank by completing the updated questionnaires. For customer convenience, the documents can be completed not only in the customer service centres but also via the system for remote access to accounts e-Norvik.

Updating of the questionnaires is a part of the process aimed at improvement of cooperation between the bank and its customer and ensures effective long-term relationship. All the information obtained is confidential. According to Section 61 of the Credit Institutions Law, Norvik Banka guarantees the confidentiality of the identity, accounts, deposits and transactions of customers.
